WeeklyRoto is a sports-analysis and survivor-organization product. Private group access is tied to approved email addresses, and member authentication is handled through WebsitePublisher.ai. WeeklyRoto will never sell or rent your personal information.

Account, group and contest information

WeeklyRoto may store the email address used for access, account/session information needed to authenticate members, the private groups connected to that email, member roles, and Survivor entry information used by the shared Winner and Losers trackers. This can include entry labels, current picks, entry status and used-team history. Group membership is resolved from the signed-in account rather than from a group name entered at login.

How we use your email

Your email may be used for your WeeklyRoto account, private-group access, authentication, service and product updates, and alerts or communications you choose to receive. WeeklyRoto does not sell or rent your email address or other personal information to third parties.

Usage information

WeeklyRoto may use standard website analytics such as page views, device type, approximate location and referral source to understand site usage and improve the product.

Third-party data and services

WeeklyRoto may use third-party services for hosting, authentication, sports data, news, analytics and future payment processing. If paid memberships are introduced, payment-card information should be handled by the payment provider rather than stored directly by WeeklyRoto.

This policy may be updated as data sources, account features, analytics, email or subscription features evolve.
